The responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the café, interacting with customers to ensure a pleasant experience, and assisting in inventory management. The role will also involve fostering a welcoming environment and working collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals.QualificationsStrong Barista skills, including coffee preparation and food preparation knowledge.Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and customers.Proven Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing a superior café experience.Enthusiasm for specialty coffee and willingness to learn more about coffee brewing techniques.Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.
