MotionVillee is a Full-Service Video Production Company specializing in Motion Graphic Explainer Videos. Our motion graphics equip businesses to communicate with their customers about complex topics in the most streamlined format by leveraging top-of-the-line 2D animation strategies. Our explainer videos, in particular, increase the time visitors spend on the client's site by more than 50% and boost conversions by up to 80%.

About the Role -
Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executives play an integral role in companies' longevity.


Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in business development

Responsibility - 
  • Research and identify potential clients and markets. 
  • Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies. 
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. 
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients. 
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client information.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for Improvement.
  • Desirable 

  • Internship experience in sales or business development. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market conditions. 
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Background ● Bachelor’s Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
