Center Manager & Business Development Executive Location: Andheri / Borivali, Mumbai Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Industry: Education Key Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations, ensuring seamless functionality of all facilities Maintain infrastructure, resources, and an optimal learning environment Manage and mentor center staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and support teams Handle student inquiries, resolve concerns, and enhance student experience Ensure compliance with safety protocols and educational standards Organize and execute educational events, workshops, and seminars Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase student enrollment Conduct market research and implement effective marketing campaigns Generate and convert leads through digital and traditional marketing channels Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents Monitor and analyze sales metrics to achieve business targets Skills & Qualifications Operations Management: Ability to manage and optimize center operations Business Development: Proven experience in driving sales and growth Leadership: Strong team management and motivation skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and effective resolution skills Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management Customer Service: Commitment to student satisfaction and service quality Marketing: Knowledge of educational marketing strategies Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Working Conditions Full-time position (6 days a week) Weekly off cannot be taken on Monday, Saturday, or Sunday Flexible hours during peak admission seasons If you are a motivated professional with a passion for education and business growth, we'd love to hear from you
