We are looking for a Fertility Center Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Startup.
Job Profile: Business Setup new fertility center and create a business launch plan Accountable for revenue, costs & profitability of fertility centers Drive customer acquisition, retention and drive repeat business Establish company brand in the locality with sales and marketing campaigns People Lead hiring, training and managing healthcare professionals & center staff Counsel the patient & family members about the benefits & risks of treatment plans Manage customer service, success rate, complaints and escalations Gather customer feedback using survey forms to drive improvement areas Operations Manage center experience with high standards of hygiene & cleanliness Maintain database of patient records using CRM Develop process & systems to manage customer experience and center performance Manage statutory compliances, licensing as per regulation to operate a clinic Managing the budget, billing system, inventory, stock and supplies for the clinic Create a playbook for center management to facilitate future launches of new center
Requirement: Graduate / Diploma in relevant field 4+ years of exp. in setting up or manage IUI, IVF, Fertility center with a branded chain Proven track record in managing fertility business Passion, knowledge & empathic attitude to create a caregiver atmosphere at the center Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in computer skills including hands-on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
