Job Description TCS is hiring for Center Of Excellence Role Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory. Location- Mumbai Job Description - Representing the project as a FF/Logisticexpert - An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. - Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven - People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills - Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team. - Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency. - Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline. - Candidate should have sound knowledge of Logistics business processes Sea/Road/Rail and Air - Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain. Should have been a Manager for at least 3 years. - Enable to set up new business processes / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companies - Experience in project planning, design implementation, monitoring hand in hand out between stakeholders - Experience in Operations Process. Vendor, Liner management / Follow up and tracking procedures - Familiar in Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demands - A Domain expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management,
