Job DescriptionAs a seasoned leader with over 10+ years of experience in NOC and operations, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers across all shifts.Distribute tasks and ensure workload balance within the team to foster collaboration and productivity.Drive professional development through training, coaching, and feedback sessions.Operational OversightEnsure consistent monitoring, alert handling, and operational routine execution by developing and implementing effective processes.Validate and improve health checks, monitoring dashboards, and KPIs to drive data-driven decision making.Incident ManagementServe as primary incident coordinator for major incidents (P1/P2) and oversee response efforts to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.Coordinate escalation to Tier 2/3, Infrastructure, Security, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.Service Quality & Continuous ImprovementMonitor team performance, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded, and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth, increase efficiency, and enhance customer experience.Communication & ReportingProvide clear communication to management regarding incidents and operational status to ensure transparency and accountability.Deliver regular operational reports to stakeholders, including key metrics and insights.A strong leader with excellent troubleshooting expertise and knowledge of network protocols is required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
