About UsWe are India's largest fitness company and wellness platform, offering a range of services from group workouts to personalized solutions.The expansion program manager will oversee centre growth in top cities.Key responsibilities:Program ownership for transformation process from site-> centre launch, ensuring timely execution and launch readiness.Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to manage launch operations, including interface with franchise partners.Capital expenditure management, including projects, equipment and other line items.Improvement of launch process and partner satisfaction.Identification, communication and problem solving of potential risks to launches.Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.  ResponsibilitiesManage the entire expansion process from planning to launch.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful centre launches.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.Provide regular updates to senior management on programme performance.
