Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our parcel operations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities, ensuring smooth parcel movement, timely dispatch, delivery, and route optimization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operational activities across multiple locations in TN & Kerala.Ensure efficient parcel movement, timely dispatch, delivery, and route optimization.Establish and monitor SOPs to maintain service quality, TAT, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with hubs, branch offices, franchise agents, and ground staff.Franchise Network ManagementManage, support, and monitor 400+ franchise partners.Ensure franchise adherence to operational guidelines and business performance targets.Conduct regular meetings, audits, and service quality checks.Support franchisee onboarding, training, and performance improvement.Team Handling & Staff ManagementLead and manage 250 ground-level employees including supervisors, field staff, and operations teams.Plan workforce allocation, productivity improvement, and performance monitoring.Provide training, motivation, and guidance to ensure operational excellence.Business Development & Revenue GrowthDrive business expansion initiatives across TN & Kerala.Identify new business opportunities, partner development, and volume growth.Work closely with senior management to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.Implement strategies to improve market share and customer base.Travel & Field OperationsExtensive travelling across Tamil Nadu & Kerala to monitor branches, franchises, and operational points.Conduct field audits, client visits, and franchise reviews.MIS, Reporting & CompliancePrepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS related to operations, service levels, performance metrics, and revenue.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.Implement corrective actions to minimize operational losses or discrepancies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong leadership and people management skillsHands-on experience in logistics/courier/parcel operationsExcellent communication and franchise management abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and handle large teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness for intensive travel across TN & KeralaTarget-driven with strong business acumenQualifications:Any Graduate (MBA preferred)Minimum 8 years of experience in parcel operations required.Experience handling multi-location operations in TN & Kerala is a must
