Barcode Entertainment is a leading influencer marketing agency, helping brands connect with audiences through creative and impactful campaigns. With a strong presence in the industry, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Mumbai team and drive our growth further.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, and tech.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and report key metrics regularly.

Proposal Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Leverage insights to identify new business opportunities.

Networking & Outreach:

  • Represent Barcode Entertainment at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads.
  • Use tools like , Lemlist, and CRM software to connect with prospects.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the creative, content, and influencer teams to ensure seamless campaign execution for clients.
  • Share client feedback with internal teams to refine service offerings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
