IT Sourcing Specialist – Full Time (Onsite)Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Employment Type: Full Time Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates, and finalize offers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent. Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs. Maintain recruitment reports, ATS entries, and compliance documentation. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment. Solid understanding of tax terms, time zones, and recruitment processes. Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn. Strong sourcing abilities including Boolean search and social recruiting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
