Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Corporate Office, Kolkata for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The incumbent will develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and ensure alignment with the company's hiring needs. Collaboration with department heads to assess talent pipelines will be a regular activity within this role.

Skillsets/ Experience/ Qualification:

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring.
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting.
  • Experience in Employer Branding strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders regarding talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects(both technical and non-technical) simultaneously.
  • 6-7 yrs. of experience in Steel Sector is mandatory (Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ATS is an advantage).
  • MBA in Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
