Cybersecurity Leadership RoleWe are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to take on a leadership role within our Information Technology Team. As Cybersecurity Lead, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our IT security posture by identifying potential risks, designing technical risk mitigation strategies, supporting compliance programs, and monitoring security alerts.Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures to safeguard against emerging threats.Conduct thorough assessments of IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks associated with critical software, tools, and systems.Collaborate with the project management office to maintain and enhance MAS TRM compliance and ISO 27001 certification.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond effectively to minimize potential damage.Cybersecurity Leader Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent field.At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions / fintechs with a strong focus on cybersecurity.Familiarity with cryptocurrency risks and mitigation strategies.In-depth understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS standards.CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent is preferred.Proven expertise with security tools and DevSecOps practices is an added advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
