Senior Legal Compliance Manager Job DescriptionAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Compliance Manager to lead our end-to-end legal operations for entities in India, US, and NZ.Key Responsibilities:Entity Compliance (India, US & NZ)Handle legal notices, responses, and communications for US, India and NZ entityManage statutory and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act in IndiaLiaise with US registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state complianceMaintain a master compliance calendar across all three entitiesContract ManagementDraft, vet, and negotiate SaaS Agreements, MSAs, NDAs, Channel Partner Agreements, Vendor Contracts, and Consulting AgreementsSupport the Sales and Finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with ASC 606 / GDPR / data-protection obligationsMaintain a contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contractsDevelop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable useLegal Coordination & AdvisoryWork with external counsel (India / US / NZ) for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy mattersProvide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entryGovernance & Internal PoliciesDraft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policiesMaintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documentsBuild scalable frameworks for risk management and contractual governanceQualifications:LLB / BL from a reputed university; LLM or CS background preferred5–7 years of post-qualification experience with exposure to SaaS / Tech / IT sectorsProven experience in managing India + US entity compliance, contract negotiation, and regulatory liaisonExcellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with SaaS legal aspects such as subscription models, data processing agreements, and reseller contractsPreferred Skills:Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero / contract-tracking toolsExperience coordinating with Big 4 / legal advisory firmsAbility to independently handle notices and responsesStrong project-management mindset and attention to detail
