We enable others across the firm to attract, develop and retain the industry's brightest talent.What you'll doAct as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processesSupport employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processesAssist with employee lifecycle management, including transfers, role changes and exitsLiaise with external HR vendors on payroll, visa applications, relocation etc.Ensure documentation compliance with company policies and statutory requirementsSupport audits and data reporting requirementsWork with third party vendors to schedule training and awareness sessions and assist in filing of annual reportsSupport the implementation of HR programs and initiativesMaintain HR trackers and dashboardsContribute to process improvements and automation initiativesAssist with new hire check-ins and employee exit conversationsCome up with ideas to engage employees and conduct activities / sessions as and when requiredAddress employee queries in a timely manner and escalate to teams as neededWhat's Required2 years or more of relevant experience in a human resources roleStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced financial services environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential material in a professional mannerAbility to prioritize and multi-task multiple responsibilitiesA team player mentalityStrong attention to detailCommitment to the highest ethical standardsAbout Point72Point72 is a leading global alternative investment firm led by Steven A.
