The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday HCM Core and a passion for leveraging and optimizing systems, reporting, and analytics to help drive efficiency and scalability. This role will partner closely with the People team and cross-functional teams like IT and Payroll, to design solutions, enhance reporting, and address business challenges.ResponsibilitiesMaintain confidential employee records and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve data discrepanciesMaintain data integrity across Workday and downstream systems while adhering to data governance, compliance, and security policiesDesign, build, and maintain complex custom HR reporting solutions and dashboards directly in WorkdayAnalyze and identify data trends to provide key stakeholders with actionable insightsLead Workday tool optimization and automation initiatives, staying up to date with new features, conducting thorough testing and analysis, and quality change managementManage Workday security architecture, integrations, roles, and assignments to ensure data privacy and complianceTroubleshoot HRIS issues and become the go-to expert for key stakeholders, including end-usersDocument business processes, workflows, and user-guides for the internal People team and broader company, providing training on an as-needed basisAbout You Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field2-5 years of Workday administration experiencePrior implementation experience with HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayStrong understanding of HR processes, programs, and data workflowsSkilled in building ad-hoc and custom reports and dashboards in Workday, including use of calculated fieldsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detailCommitment to maintaining strict confidentialityAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence and data analytics software (ie: Tableau)Familiarity with supporting the following HR systems:Recruiting tools: preferred experience with AshbyTalent Management: required-Workday; preferred experience with Lattice, GreytHRCompensation toolsTicketing systemsLife at SPANOur Bengaluru team plays a pivotal role in SPAN's continued growth and expansion.
