You’ll be part of our global HR Systems team, helping to enhance the experience of our colleagues across the world through technology. We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Systems Analyst (Talent Acquisition & SuccessFactors) to support, maintain, and enhance our global HR systems. You’ll work with our HR, TA, and IT teams to optimise SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules, ensuring a seamless experience for users worldwide. This role also plays a key part in consulting with global Talent Acquisition teams on future system innovation and technology strategy. Manage configuration, permissions, and user access following global governance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with SAP support as needed. Collaborate on system enhancements, integrations, and testing activities. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support Talent Acquisition insights. Deliver user training and documentation for HR and TA teams. Contribute to HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You have 6–10 years’ experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting Management/Marketing). You have strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes. You have hands-on experience in system configuration, reporting, and support. You are fluent in English with great communication and collaboration skills. You have some experience of and interest in working with AI capabilities, Joule, CoPilot to enhance core technology and processes. Experience with ServiceNow integration. Experience with SuccessFactors Story Reporting Experience in a shared service or global organisation. Other languages (French or German.)
