Job Title: HR Generalist We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment: Lead the charge in hiring specialized fresh talent, from technical designers and artisans to high-volume operations staff. • Talent Management: Implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) and foster a cohesive, high-performance work culture across all three distinct brands. • Employee Relations: Ensure flawless compliance with all labor laws and manage the HRIS system to deliver efficient, centralized support. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally within the Fashion/Apparel industry or a multi-brand retail environment. • Proven ability to manage competing HR demands (e.g., cost-efficiency for Volume vs. high-touch retention for Luxury). • Expertise in Indian labor laws and compliance. • A strategic mindset focused on using HR metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, Turnover Rate) to drive business results.
