What you’ll be doing: - Onboarding new businesses within the India organization and partnering with them on the transition from their home location to the India Centre of Excellence. - Drive Organization Design conversations early on as a part of onboarding new businesses. Helping them arrive at the right org structure aligned with their business strategy leveraging org guiding principles including span of control and layers. - Educating, coaching and handholding new leaders/ managers about the India policies and procedures, India Compensation & Benefits philosophy, nuances about the India talent market and the India career levels, etc. - Lead change initiatives with stakeholders at local & global level. Be the change agent to set a culture within the business teams. - Lead key projects for the organization such as Talent Management, succession planning, manager development or any other similar project which is critical to the organization. - Responsible for end to end delivery and adoption of critical People processes within the respective organizations you partner with (e.g. engagement conversations, performance optimization, implement programs that attract and retain talent). - Individual contributor who will partner with a dedicated number of leaders. - Support the (Sr) HR Business Partners in employee relations processes and cases including absence, performance management, disciplinary procedures and outcomes; - Contributes to the review of existing HR policies, procedures and processes and signals possibilities for optimization, guides operational implementation and execution in own and broader business unit - Partner with global HR Business Partners to develop a common understanding of policies, processes and practices at an India level. - Transfers operational knowledge and skills to line management within your scope. - Ensure key processes are managed and executed well and transactional tasks are executed timely. - Partner with the recruitment team on hiring within your scope of businesses and participate in the interview process for selected roles. - Ensure smooth onboarding for selected roles. - Keep an active check on the attrition by analyzing the attrition data at regular intervals and identify retention strategies based on the analysis. - Roll out employee engagement surveys at regular intervals, review and prepare insights on employee engagement and prepare an action plan along with the line management within your scope. What you’ll bring: - 10 - 12 years of experience in HR team in an international company - Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (HR, OB, Psychology) - Strong exposure to HR operations such as payroll, compensation structures and statutory compliances. - Ability to work on multiple projects with strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholder groups. - Highly disciplined and motivated: a self-starter who is able to both work independently and as a member of the team - Motivated and happy to work in a fast paced environment - Able to navigate ambiguities and drive for process improvement - Constantly demonstrates ownership and proactiveness in seeking to improve and optimize in anything related to their and their team’s work.
