AVP – HR Business Partner

Some of the key responsibilities will include: Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support growth, transformation, and business objectives. Drive key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning in alignment with business needs. Leverage HR data and analytics to identify people risks, trends, and opportunities, enabling strategic decision-making and proactive interventions. Collaborate with HR COEs to execute firm-wide initiatives across learning & development, total rewards, and employee engagement. To be eligible for this role you will require: 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Strong knowledge of core HR areas including organizational design, talent management, and employee relations. Comfort using HR systems and analytics tools to support workforce planning, decision-making, and reporting.
