Preferred candidate profileExperience working on distributed enterprise software productsWorked using any APM tools. preferably on Dynatrace.Excellent analytical skills, ability to identify bottlenecks and recommendsolutions1-2 years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional servicesconsultant or implementation engineerFamiliar with basic tasks of any one of the databases & Middleware.Ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / ITOperations workflows.Understanding on Linux commands, Scripting and SQL5-9+ years of experience, preferably a part of it in the IT Management / ApplicationPerformance Management areaRole & responsibilitiesPrior development background in J2EE or .Net stack is a strong plus.Experience in Windows Server operating system and administration skills is an added advantage.Able to independently write and trouble-shoot scripts in Shell / Python / SQL Deliverables:Understand & document client application landscape and infrastructureGet details of known application, infrastructure outages and pain pointsUnderstand customers requirements and translate them to specific monitoring requirementsReview the plan and get sign-off from the client project managerEnsure on time delivery of tasks and completion of APM product implementation milestonesAnalyze the alerts and issues identified by APM product to assist in detailed Root Cause Analysis and Alert Fine tuneProvide insights to Client on changes, enhancements required in their infrastructure based on analysis of APM product Analysis.Train client / APM monitoring team on features of APM Product and using it to proactively monitor performance in theirenvironment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as neededTrack the support requirements and interface with the APM Product support team for quick resolutionsManage the APM patch updates and upgrades on an ongoing basisEnsure and document full deployment of APM product in client's environmentTroubleshooting configuration/
