Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive

Company: Vesta (Software Solutions for Hotels, Airports & Other Facilities)

Location: Remote (India)

Salary: Up to INR 40,000 per month (based on prior experience) + Performance-Based Incentives

About Us:

At Vesta, we are a fast-growing software solutions provider catering to hotels, airports, and other facilities. We specialize in improving operational efficiency, safety, and customer experiences through our digital solutions. As a growing company, we’re looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to help expand our client base and handle support for our existing customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads within the hospitality, aviation, and facilities management sectors.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Handle customer support inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in software solutions or similar industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in managing customer support is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and sales is desirable.
- Candidates must have their own laptop / PC.
- Candidates must be open to traveling (within India) to meet with potential clients. All travel expenses will be borne by the company.
