Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Intern to join our team remotely. As a fresher, you will gain valuable experience working in the education industry with a leading company. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and an eagerness to learn. The position requires a work experience of 0 to 1 year. This is the 3 month unpaid internship LOR (letter of recommendation) and certificate will be given after the internship
Qualifications And Skills:
- Market Research (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively gather and analyze market data to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Develop and implement sales approaches to attract and retain customers effectively.
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Identify and target potential clients to generate business opportunities for sustained growth.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and ideas.
- Networking: Capability to establish and maintain professional relationships that can benefit business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Aptitude for evaluating data quantitatively and qualitatively to support strategic decision-making.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate beneficial terms and conditions with clients and partners effectively.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Support the development and optimization of sales strategies and plans.
- Actively engage in lead generation activities to expand the company's customer base.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets and objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding client needs, market trends, and competition.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance business development skills.
