Business Development Representative

We‘re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the dynamic field of business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through various channels, including research, networking, cold calling, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
