You should have proven track record of scaling tech products to millions of users, coupled with a passion for innovation, leadership, and driving technical excellence in a startup environment.

The Role:

As the Co-Founder, you’ll be the driving force behind Stay Stylist’s technology development and innovation. You’ll work alongside me (the founder) to build scalable, AI-powered solutions that redefine how fashion is bought, sold, and experienced. From product architecture to deployment, you’ll take the lead in shaping the technical foundation of our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Tech Vision & Strategy: Define the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Product Development: Lead the design and development of AI-powered tools for personalization, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Team Building: Recruit and manage a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and developers as the company grows.Hands-On Coding:
  • Write and review code, develop prototypes, and guide the technical stack as we scale.
  • AI Expertise: Build algorithms that enhance personalization, optimize inventory management, and predict consumer behavior.
  • Collaboration: Partner with me to refine the product offering, pitch to investors, and drive customer success.



Who You Are:

  • Technical Expertise: Deep experience in AI/ML, software development, or data science, particularly in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to translate business challenges into innovative technical solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in startup environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take initiative.
  • Leadership: Experience building and leading technical teams, with strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
  • Scalable Architecture: Familiarity with building platforms that can handle rapid growth and high-volume use.
  • Fashion Interest (Bonus): Passion for fashion, retail, or sustainability is a plus but not required.
