As a Finance and HR Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our finance and human resources departments. This includes activities such as documenting financial information, analyzing tax reports, monitoring employee data, and processing invoices. You will ensure that all transactional information is correctly processed and provide accurate financial reports to our leadership team on a monthly basis.Responsibilities:Develop a long-term finance management strategy, ensuring that all transactions are conducted in a manner compliant with our company policy.Supervise the finance team's day-to-day activities, including checking employee records, collecting payroll information, processing invoices, and analyzing tax reports.Conduct regular payroll and billing audits to ensure the accuracy of our financial statements.Identify irregularities in our system, including possible fraud and theft, and report them to our leadership team.Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding.Evaluate our training needs and manage our training budget, allocating resources to specific programs as instructed by our leadership team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources.Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics, with superb attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.Expertise in finance management, with the ability to track expenses, analyze tax reports, and create spreadsheets.Understanding of national and international financial regulations.Familiarity with CRM and accounting software, such as Salesforce and Xero.
