About us: We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Designer to join our Creative Production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles, branding, and digital media, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. As a Digital Designer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital assets that engage and inspire our audience. About the Role: As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creative design and adaptation of assets/layouts using Adobe Creative Suite and FIGMA Applications for digital deliverables. You would be working closely with the Studio lead, and Production / Development teams. Responsibilities : Responsible for delivering high quality output while keeping in mind the timelines Interpretation of the designing briefs and conceptualizing visuals based on identified requirements Creation of digital web designs including web pages, email templates, banners, social media creatives etc. from storyboard and conceptualization Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand identity Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability and sustainability Ensure brand guidelines and QC is being adhered in the creative output- look and feel uniformity, content readability, apt placement of images/icons etc. Translation of requirements into wireframes and mock-ups Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders Keep up to date with visual design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work. Qualifications : 6+ years experience with Digital First approach, showcasing a strong portfolio of digital projects. Knowledge of standard digital design tools – Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Google Web Designer (GWD), and After effects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. Creative agency or creative production background will be preferred. Enthusiasm and perseverance to deliver the best and push yourself until you and your stakeholders, internal and external, are happy with the output. Required Skills : Good communication skills, with a confident personality Good team player, committed to high-quality output and service Ability to take ownership for results and driving change Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers Detail-oriented individual who has a keen eye for aesthetics and details Effective time management and ability to multi-task Ask the right questions in response to the brief Strategize how best brief can be executed Execute the plan and possess the ability to improvise when needed. Shift Details: We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
