Job OverviewThe Full Chip STA Lead will drive timing closure activities for complex SoCs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including synthesis, to ensure the successful sign-off of full-chip designs.We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our timing analysis efforts and develop automation initiatives using Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain static timing analysis (STA) tools and scripts.Collaborate with block owners to generate ECOs at the top level and implement timing/functional changes.Work closely with synthesis teams to optimize block-level and top-level synthesis results.Mentor and guide junior engineers on technical aspects, such as functional constraints, test constraints, and timing analysis.Key Skills:Deep understanding of digital circuit design and verification.Experience with static timing analysis (STA) tools and scripting languages (Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
