Job Title:Senior Artificial Intelligence SpecialistRole OverviewThe Senior AI Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions for data-driven business applications.This includes building, optimizing, and deploying predictive models using advanced techniques such as ensemble methods, support vector machines, gradient boosting, and neural networks.Develop sophisticated time series forecasting models and ranking algorithms for complex business scenarios.Design and implement feature engineering pipelines that handle real-world data noise and edge cases.Create robust data preprocessing and validation systems to ensure model reliability in production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, experience with MLOps best practices, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management, as well as expertise in programming languages such as Python.They will also have experience working in non-technical business domains (healthcare, finance, retail, HR, etc.) and a track record of mentoring technical team members and leading collaborative projects.Required Skills and QualificationsAdvanced degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience in designing and developing AI/ML solutions using Python.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.Experience with Docker containerization and REST API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI).Knowledge of Azure Container Instances and model serving solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.As a Senior AI Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through innovative AI solutions.
