We are seeking an accomplished Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team of innovators. As a key player in our dynamic unit, you will be responsible for building robust automation frameworks, driving test quality, and collaborating with development teams worldwide.Your primary focus will be on designing, creating, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-approved frameworks and tools such as C#, .NET, Visual Studio Test, and Azure Pipelines. You will also execute automated test suites to validate application features, workflows, and system functionality.Key responsibilities include identifying, logging, and documenting defects discovered through automation, working closely with developers and Quality Engineering leads to prioritize and resolve them, and automating regression tests to enable early detection of defects introduced by code changes and reduce manual testing effort.You will integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid feedback on build quality. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze automation execution results, investigate failures, and identify root causes of script or environment issues.A vital part of your role will be validating fixes implemented by the development team by re-running relevant automated suites and confirming defect closure. You will also collaborate closely with the development team to review code changes, provide input on testability, and assess automation feasibility for new features.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining automated tests for REST/HTTP and service APIs, focusing on logic-level coverage. You will design and prioritize test cases for unit, API/service, integration, and UI layers, focusing on risk-based and data-driven testing.Maintaining automation assets, ensuring scripts, test data, and utilities are current, stable, and aligned with application changes is crucial. You will create and maintain documentation for automated test scripts, frameworks, utilities, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding support.A strong communication skillset for collaboration with global teams is essential.
