Lead Quality Assurance SpecialistTransforming Banking with AI We are pioneering a new future of banking powered by Artificial Intelligence.We've built a cutting-edge Generative AI-powered platform that serves over 100 banks and credit unions worldwide.This platform delivers hyper-personalized customer interactions across voice, chat, and employee-assisting solutions.The mission is simple yet bold: to make banking effortless, intelligent, and profitable—enhancing user experience while boosting revenue and efficiency for financial institutions.Our proprietary AI, developed 100% in-house, enables zero-shot learning, achieving 90%+ accuracy on Day 1.A world-class team combined with a 1,800% growth rate in the last year has us shaping the future of AI in financial services.We're seeking an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our QA team.This role goes beyond writing test scripts; it's about owning quality end-to-end, collaborating with AI engineers, product teams, and architects to embed quality into every layer of our Agentic AI platform.We solve complex challenges at the intersection of AI and fintech, testing real-time interactions and ensuring reliability of Voice models and APIs.The QA team is passionate about delivering flawless experiences on groundbreaking projects, like automating AI model validation and building self-service testing tools as platform services.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy: Define comprehensive test strategies for our Conversational AI platform, covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.Automation Frameworks: Design advanced, reusable test automation frameworks tailored to our AI-driven workflows.AI-Specific Testing: Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.Innovation Lab: We redefine Quality assurance with AI tools, and you will be part of this innovation lab.End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives, executing them across CI/CD pipelines.Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior SDETs and developers in adopting AI tools and best practices, solving system-wide quality challenges.Performance & Scale: Design load, stress, and latency tests for our distributed systems, ensuring they withstand high-volume financial transactions.RequirementsAt least 7+ years in software testing, 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks.Technical Expertise:High Proficiency in Java (or similar languages) for test automation, design patterns, and reusable components.Familiarity with testing tools, microservices, REST APIs, real-time systems, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and drive cross-team collaboration.Problem-Solving: A knack for tackling ambiguous, high-stakes challenges with a structured, innovative approach.
