Job OpportunityHiring For Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead MNC in Hyderabad Module- Indian Payroll Remote Position Experience 7+ years Cloud/Fusion Experience is Mandatory Seeking candidates with max 1 Month of notice period or Immediate Joiners Required Expertise:We are looking for a Payroll Subject Matter Specialist who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) includes a dedicated module for India that supports country-specific features, functions, and compliance with local statutory requirements.The key features include Integration: It's part of the complete Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, unifying HR, absence, compensation, and payroll Localization: Specifically configured for Indian regulations, managing components like Salary, Deductions (TDS), Employer Contributions (EPF, ESI), and statutory reporting Setup: Requires setting up Global HR, defining Payroll Statutory Units (legal entities for payroll tax/social insurance), and configuring payroll details Process: Involves running specific payroll flows (Calculate Payroll, Calculate Prepayments) and reporting tools to process payments and maintain compliance Core Concepts: Uses Payroll Relationships to link employee data (salary, payments) to the payroll system.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, specifically in the area of functional payroll, including integration, localization, setup, and process management. Strong understanding of country-specific features, functions, and compliance requirements is essential.This role involves working on complex payroll projects, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
