Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Absence, Time and Labor (T&L) expert with specific expertise in Payroll integration. This professional will play a pivotal role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) modules such as Absence Management and T&L while ensuring seamless integration with Payroll.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with Payroll solutions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and T&L.In-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in HCM Cloud.Familiarity with T&L configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management.Hands on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI Reporting.Experience integrating Payroll with HCM Cloud, specifically with Absence and T&L modules.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, both technical and functional.Requirements:HCM Cloud Certifications (e.g., Absence Management Cloud, T&L Cloud).Experience in global payroll and understanding of international payroll requirements.Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project delivery.Understanding of data security and compliance standards in HR systems.
