Math Assessment Author JobWe are seeking a skilled Math Assessment Subject Matter Expert to author high-quality math assessment items.Author interactive, standards-aligned assessment items with AI assistance using pre-set templates and item types such as graphing tools and drag-and-drop.Responsibilities include ensuring mathematical accuracy and grade-level appropriateness in all authored items, adhering strictly to K-12 writing and style guidelines, addressing QA issues related to content found on LearningMate's Canvas instance, performing content fixes identified by the client, collaborating with the team on items requiring Technical Arts support, creating mock-ups of images and diagrams, providing data tables for assessment items as required.Qualifications required include strong content knowledge in Math (Grades 3–12), demonstrated experience authoring math items and question clones, familiarity with assessment design principles and age-appropriate difficulty progression. The ideal candidate should have a proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert specifically in High School Maths (Grade 3-9 content level), possess a strong understanding of Depth of Knowledge levels experience authoring questions at DOK Level 2 or DOK Level 3.
