Senior Benchmark Analyst plays a pivotal role in client engagements, fostering collaboration and effective communication across diverse team and provider interactions.Effective project management skills, including project planning, mapping, and meeting facilitation, are utilized to ensure timely completion of benchmarking engagements.The analyst must possess a comprehensive understanding of various price models within the ProBenchmark Tool, specifically focusing on telecommunications transport ('underlay') and IT infrastructure business.Benchmark contracts/RFPs/RFIs, rate cards, and related Excel files are meticulously reviewed and analyzed.Key responsibilities include data collection, research, and analysis of complex information, coupled with the ability to create business scenarios leveraging intuition and experience.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Access, Dedicated Internet, Broadband, and MPLS/VPN services, as well as familiarity with non-linear pricing models such as piecewise linear or power-law models.Analytical Expertise: The position requires exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze diverse information, identify trends, and create actionable insights. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
