We're seeking an experienced Consultant Dermatologist with a passion for cutting-edge technology to help build this venture from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a company on the fast track.About the RoleAs a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their treatment journey. You’ll manage client engagement, resolve concerns, and support retention and satisfaction goals.ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and ensure a warm, professional first impressionGuide clients through consultation, treatment plans, and post-care protocolsMaintain detailed client records and follow-up schedulesHandle queries, feedback, and service recovery with empathy and efficiencyCoordinate with dermatologists and therapists to ensure timely service deliveryMonitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategiesSupport clinic-level marketing initiatives and referral programsUpsell relevant treatments and products based on client needsEnsure compliance with service protocols and data confidentialityQualificationsBachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or healthcare management2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or beauty sectorsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM tools and appointment management systemsFluency in English and local languagePreferred SkillsExperience in dermatology or aesthetic clinic setupsAbility to manage high-touch client interactions with discretionProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailSales orientation with empathy-driven service approachWhat we offerCompetitive compensation and performance incentivesTraining from industry experts and dermatologistsGrowth opportunities within a reputed clinical brandSupportive team culture and modern clinic infrastructureReports To: Clinic Manager / DermatologistWork Location: Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Main Road Bengaluru.
