The Company administers its personnel policies, programs, and practices in a non-discriminatory manner in all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruitment, hiring, work assignment, promotion, transfer, termination, wage and salary administration, and selection for training.By applying to this job posting, you agree with and acknowledge our privacy policy.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/WM where he/ she shall facilitate workshops with the local site IT Directors to collect business requirements and perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives. identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirementsIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions, design, customize, configure and testing of MM/WM.Act as liaison with client, proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsProvide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsProvide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredAt the same time, able to articulate the various planning methodologies, strategies and functionalities in SAP is important as the candidate would like to be assigned to site based lean manufacturing projects to assist the business.He should be working with a global team to drive SAP adoptions and enhancements.The Candidate should haveDegree / Diploma holder with 12-15 years of working experience in SAP MM/WM implementation with exposure to best practices and process across global instances.Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same timeMinimum of 12 years of experience with at least 3 full SAP end-to-end project life cycle implementations from project initiation, blueprint, and realization through to post-live system support. Deep functional knowledge of SAP MM/WM solution capabilities and business process configurationsDeep knowledge in Handling unit management will be added advantage. Strong hold on SAP SD, FICO modules is added advantage.Proven track records on implementation / rollout projects would be key where his/her experience demonstrated a thorough knowledge of business process and significant integration experience within SAP MM/SD/QM and FICO modules
