As a Product Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mobile app and web platform. You'll be responsible for analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and development. Your insights will help us create exceptional user experiences and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
Conduct user research studies (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.
Analyze user data (e.g., usage metrics, feedback) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Create user personas and journey maps to represent target users and their interactions with our products.
Market Analysis:
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Analyze market data (e.g., market size, growth rates, customer demographics) to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
Product Strategy:
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmaps.
Develop product requirements and specifications based on user research, market analysis, and business objectives.
Prioritize product features and functionalities based on their impact on user experience and business value.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to measure product performance and track key metrics (e.g., user acquisition, engagement, retention).
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to test hypotheses and optimize product features.
Analyze test results to identify winning variations and inform product improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any quant discipline like Statistics or Mathematics or Business Analytics.
6+ years of experience in product analysis, market research, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Expertise with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and user research methodologies.
Expertise in analyzing clickstream data, preferred tool Mix Panel
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Passion for technology and a strong understanding of mobile app and web development.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
Experience working on mobile app or web products.
