Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven IFA Sales Specialist to expand and strengthen our distribution network through Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the sales of PMS and AIF products by building and nurturing relationships with IFAs and financial intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new IFAs and financial intermediaries to expand the distribution network.
- Generate leads for PMS and AIF products through existing and new relationships.
- Sales Execution:
- Achieve sales targets for PMS and AIF products.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews with IFAs and their clients.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
- Provide timely support and product insights to ensure client satisfaction.
- Product Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on PMS and AIF offerings, staying updated on market trends and product features.
- Educate IFAs and their teams on product benefits, investment strategies, and performance.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-7 years in sales or business development, preferably in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or mutual fund distribution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of investment products, particularly PMS and AIF.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
