IT Project Sourcing SpecialistWe are seeking an ambitious IT project sourcing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new IT projects, clients, and technology opportunities.This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have strong connections in the IT industry, understand global technology trends, and possess the ability to convert leads into successful engagements.You will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across various sectors, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and IT Outsourcing.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Opportunity SourcingIDentify IT projects, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders from global markets.Source new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client AcquisitionBuild relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch our services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding SupportCoordinate RFP/RFQ submission with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account OwnershipOwn the opportunities you bring until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & ExpansionTrack industry trends and new technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand our service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).What We Offer:High Commission-Based Earning ModelCommission on successful bid submissions, new client acquisition, project conversions, staff augmentation placement, project extensions & upsells, renewals (performance-based), remote & flexible work model, full independence in managing your pipelineIdeal Candidate Profile:Independent, proactive, and self-driven.Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT services ecosystem.Ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.Target-oriented with a passion for growth and conversions.
