We partner with businesses, consultants, and global networks to help clients scale across borders while meeting complex regulatory requirements. Role Overview We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Alliances to expand our partner network and drive revenue through strategic tie-ups. The role involves cold calling, outreach emails, relationship building, and lead conversion with Chartered Accountants, law firms, software companies, and business consultants in India and overseas. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and reach out to potential partners in CA firms, law practices, software companies, and consulting firms. Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to open partnership discussions. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for deeper engagement. Partnership Building Develop and maintain relationships with partners to generate referrals and joint service opportunities. Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements. Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events. Revenue Generation Drive partner-sourced leads for services in NBFC/SEBI/IRDA regulation, fintech compliance, and global registration. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets from partner channels. Market Intelligence Track competitor activity and emerging trends in the regulatory consulting space. Share insights with marketing and leadership teams for new opportunity identification. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/master's degree in business, Law, or Finance (MBA preferred). 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales. Strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling & corporate outreach. Understanding of regulatory services, NBFC/SEBI/IRDA licensing, or international company formation is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based culture.
