DepartmentEngineering Architecture & Asset managementJob posted onOct 15, 2025Employment typeFull TimeThe Person will be individual contributor and will work in close coordination with Engineering, Support and BSG teams to understand, develop and test in-house BRE, DMS and disbursement related enhancements/changes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and software products.Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.Optimize application performance and scalability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.Document software design, architecture, and technical specifications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.Proficiency in Python programming language and related libraries/frameworks such as Django or Flask.Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Strong experience in Integration/API protocols and data formats (REST, JSON, Auth, SoapUI, WebSockets etc.).Good to have working experience on AWS, Nginx, Linux, Gunicorn etc.Docker / Kubernetes Container experience.Git / Bitbucket experience.Provide technical support to resolve data-related issues and assist in troubleshooting data-related problems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in an agile development environment.Experience with integration and data handling technologies.Experience in building event-driven cloud-native microservices architectures.Experience in building robust, scalable applications as per specification.Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying current with industry trends.Work Location:It is work in office role and person will be working from following location.Clix Capital, 6th Floor, Good Earth Business Bay - 2, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122102
