Education AdministrationInteraction and Management of Customer (Student's Parents) queries and requestsManagement of student classes and activity schedule, field trips etc.Manage inquiries from leads and potential customers, business partners, and stake holders.Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical documents, assets and inventory managementSchedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.Management and upkeep of office equipments and pantry supplies2. Events Operational SupportAssist with in-house and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc3. Financial Management:Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions.Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for CXO level executives.About GiftdMinds :GiftdMinds Learning Pvt.
