Administrative Responsibilities Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, partners, and team members. Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports. Manage office supplies and inventory. Upkeep of office equipments. 2. Events Operational Support Assist with in-house (Classes and events) and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc 3. Financial Management : Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
