Responsibilities -● Assist in sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates through various portals, social media, and internal databases.● Maintain candidate databases and prepare hiring reports.● Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.● Understand customer goals, challenges, and workflows to provide tailored solutions that drive success.● Collaborate with Product, Operations and Support teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance the user experience.● Monitor customer engagement, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels to proactively address issues.Requirements-● Are available for full-time (In-Office)● Are available for a duration of 6 months● Should be highly proficient in English (International calling)● Basic Excel knowledge● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.● Prior internship or work experience in a similar setup is a plusNote - The FRND team operates six days a week, with every second and fourth Saturday designated as a day offAbout FRNDFRND is redefining the way people connect by building a social platform that's not just engaging but also safe, inclusive, and fun.
