This individual will be responsible for forging meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities, driving collaborations that align with our organizational mission and offerings.Identify and cultivate relationships with potential college partners, leveraging existing networks to drive growth.Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to promote our training programs, emphasizing value proposition and key benefits.Nurture and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including TPOs, deans, HoDs, and management.Present and discuss our solutions with college stakeholders, highlighting alignment with their goals and objectives.Collaborate closely with the program team to tailor proposals that meet institutional needs and preferences.Cultivate partnership closures and ensure seamless onboarding of new college partners.Stay abreast of EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and evolving institutional needs.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B institutional partnerships, with a strong network within the college/university ecosystem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a results-driven mindset.A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.An established professional network within the education sector (a plus).Flexibility to travel if required.
