About UsAccounting Leadership RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our end-to-end accounting operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting function across multiple US-based clients.Your primary focus will be on providing strategic accounting guidance to CFOs and founders of fast-growing US companies. You will work closely with our clients' finance leaders to deliver timely and accurate financial statements under US GAAP.The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams. They will be able to mentor and guide junior accountants, ensuring delivery excellence and meeting deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Lead the accounting function for US-based clients, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, and reportingPrepare, review, and finalize financial statements under US GAAPManage and mentor a small team of accountants to ensure delivery excellencePartner directly with client finance leaders to provide insights and process improvementsDrive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across every accounting touchpointLeverage modern tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero to streamline workflowsCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, and Operations for a complete finance pictureBenefits:Opportunity to work with leading US companiesChance to develop and implement process improvementsProfessional growth and development opportunities
