Job Profile:We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to assume the role of Construction Accounting Manager. This key position will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial accounting functions within our organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining fiscal discipline, and supporting construction project success.Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including periodic financial reports, accounting records, controls, and budgets.Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements.Coordinate construction draw process, manage yearly audit and tax compliance, establish internal controls, and maintain Yardi software.Provide management with vital information for decision-making and continuously assess accounting operations for improvement.CA/CPA with 2-3 years of experience in real estate/construction industry.Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills.Must have excellent work ethic, high integrity, follow-up skills, critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills.Demonstrated leadership and management skills, ability to track and meet deadlines.High level of computer skills, including Yardi, PROCORE, or similar real estate accounting systems.Ability to take initiative and manage teams effectively.Please note that we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team.
