Job Title: Senior US Payroll ExecutiveWe are seeking a seasoned Senior US Payroll Professional with a proven track record in handling end-to-end payroll operations for the US and Canada.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes, as well as excellent communication and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Manage US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools.Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements.Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices.Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.Address employee payroll queries and provide effective resolutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge an added advantage).Strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems.Hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
