Strategic Lead Acquisition Specialist

Job Title: Demand Generation AssociateOur company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Demand Generation professional to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.).Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI.Identify opportunities for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and high-value lead targeting.Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and event organizers for campaign execution.Maintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools with accurate lead and campaign data.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.About Us:We are a data analytics and enterprise planning powerhouse that helps customers extract sophisticated insights from their data in a value-oriented manner.
