Business Growth SpecialistAs a key member of our agile growth team, we are seeking a highly motivated and data-centric Business Growth Specialist to join our lean organization. This is a critical role for an ambitious individual with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunities.The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving user acquisition by optimizing existing channels, aggressively exploring new growth vectors, and driving rapid experimentation. Role focus is to drive relevant user acquisition for the US Market across Math, Language, and Music categories for web and app.Conduct market research and test new user acquisition channels.Run pilot programs with defined metrics and track results.Recommend channels to scale or drop based on data insights.The key responsibilities include:New Growth ChannelsReview and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels for optimal performance.Drive ongoing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for landing pages and key flows.Partner with Marketing/Product teams to boost efficiency and LTV/CAC.Funnel Optimization (Existing Channels)Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.Execute experiments using testing tools and analyze results.Document hypotheses, outcomes, and insights from experimentation.Experimentation and Data AnalysisOwn tracking setup and data accuracy for effective decision-making.Build dashboards and deliver regular Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports on CAC, LTV, and conversions.Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
